1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and kingkong5d as the operator of the digital entertainment platform. This document takes effect from the first time you access the kingkong5d website or app, regardless of whether you have a registered account or not.

By continuing to use the service — including simply opening a page, browsing content, or clicking any button on the platform — you are actively expressing your consent to the applicable terms. 2 Member Eligibility

Kingkong5d services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Minimum age of 18 years old at the time of registration. kingkong5d does not accept registrations from anyone who has not yet reached the age of 18 and enforces identity verification to ensure this.
• Not a resident or citizen of any territory that explicitly prohibits participation in gambling or similar online entertainment activities.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by a valid agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Not currently prohibited from playing by a competent authority or an active self-exclusion program.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to have one active account at kingkong5d. Creating duplicate accounts, including using different identities or different devices to claim registration bonuses more than once, is a serious violation that may result in the permanent closure of all accounts involved.

4 Deposits & Transactions

5 Withdrawal

Withdrawals may be made via the same method used for deposits and must be to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the kingkong5d account on file. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP level. Regular members have different limits compared to Bronze through Crown members.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by kingkong5d — including first deposit bonuses, daily bonuses, cashback, and VIP bonuses — are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are explicitly displayed on the relevant promo page. Members must read the specific terms of each promotion before claiming or activating it.

• Game outcomes are determined by a certified and independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system. KingKong5D does not manipulate or interfere with game results.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified, unless the game permits cancellation before the round begins in accordance with that game's rules.

Kingkong5d will never ask for your password or transaction PIN through any channel. If anyone claiming to represent kingkong5d requests such information, report it immediately via the platform's official live chat.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

KingKong5D reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account on reasonable grounds, including but not limited to:

• Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or the verification process.
• Owning more than one active account.
• Activity indicating money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
• Use of payment methods that are not your own or that were obtained unlawfully.
• Threats, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other members.

In the event of a suspension, any remaining balance will be reviewed in accordance with the investigation outcome. If an account is closed due to a violation, the balance may be permanently frozen under the applicable policy.

Minor changes or technical clarifications may not always be accompanied by a specific notification; however, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version in effect.

By continuing to use KingKong5D after any changes to the Terms take effect, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the latest version. If you disagree with the changes, your only option is to stop using the service and close your account.
